Cancellations with at least 48 hours notice: You will receive a full refund of your deposit or payment. Cancellations within 48 hours of the shoot: The deposit may be forfeited to cover preparation costs, for payments made in full 50% of the payment will be refunded. Exceptional Circumstances: If unforeseen events arise, contact us directly, and we will work with you to find a fair solution.

If you provide 48 hours notice or more: You can reschedule at no additional cost. Within 48 hours of the shoot: a rescheduling fee may apply to cover last minute changes. No show or same day cancellations: the deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee. If the unexpected happens, let us know as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate you fairly.
